Scientists have successfully slowed down the aging process by 20% through the regulation of human cell genes.
This breakthrough discovery provides new hope for humans to extend their lifespan.

MORE DETAILED

TELOMERE SUPPORT

Telomere lengthening, reducing cell age; mutations in mitochondrial DNA; stabilizing telomere structure

"Main Ingredients"

K2LT proprietary blend of ingredients, grape vine and organic olive leaf extract, broccoli seed extract, 10 polyphenols and other plant extracts, non-GMO, gluten-free.

Telomere Capsules are mainly developed and produced for people who want anti-aging. They use scientific and technological formulas. The length of telomeres reflects the cell's replication history and replication potential. It is called the "life timer" of cell lifespan. The product can not only effectively increase the length of telomeres, reverse and extend life span, but also improve sub-healthy physique.

SUPREME
DNA HEALTH SHIELD

Supports DNA health, reduces free radical damage to DNA, and improves the body’s antioxidant capacity

"Main Ingredients"

K2LT proprietary blend of ingredients, Uncaria tomentosa extract (AC-11), Olea25™ and other plant extracts, non-GMO, gluten-free.

The Supreme DNA Health Shield is an advanced personal health protection product that uses the latest biotechnology to protect users' DNA from harmful external factors. This product is designed to support DNA health and protect cells from free radical damage. Thereby maintaining the stability and integrity of DNA.

NAD+ activation supplement
The discovery of telomeres and telomerase revealed the mechanism of linear chromosome end replication and its central role in protecting chromosome integrity and genome stability. It was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2009, which fully demonstrates The importance of studying the biological functions of telomeres. Telomeres are composed of a non-coding DNA tandem repeat sequence (TTAGGG) at the end of eukaryotic linear chromosomes and its binding protein. They are an important component in eukaryotic cells to maintain chromosome stability. Its main function is to protect the integrity of chromosome ends and maintain genome stability. Every time a cell divides, telomeres will be shortened by 50 to 100 bp.

When telomeres are shortened to a certain length, cells cannot maintain normal telomere structure, leading to cell senescence, death or cancer. A large number of studies have shown that telomere length is mainly maintained by telomerase. Telomerase is a type of eukaryotic cell that has the ability to maintain telomeres. The ribonucleoprotein polymerase with reverse transcription activity mainly consists of telomerase template RNA (telomerase RNA component, TERC), telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) and telomerase-associated protein (TEP). Using TERC as a template and telomerase reverse transcriptase as a catalytic subunit, reverse transcription synthesizes telomeric DNA, maintaining the length of telomeres and chromosome stability, and ensuring the potential for continued cell division. Telomerase activity is almost undetectable in somatic cells. , but it can be detected in stem cells and tumor cells with self-renewal ability of germ cells. The two components TERC and TERT are necessary for the activity of telomerase.

TERC is widely expressed in almost all cells, while the expression of telomerase reverse transcriptase is highly regulated and does not exist or only exists at low levels in somatic cells, but it is regenerated in more than 90% of cancer cells. Activation to maintain the ability of cells to proliferate indefinitely. Studies have shown that the expression of TERT mRNA levels is positively correlated with telomerase activity, that is, the expression of TERT can represent the degree of activation of telomerase, and telomerase activity is mainly regulated by the expression of the TERT gene. These findings indicate that the TERT gene is a key factor in determining telomerase activity.

NAD+ activation supplement
Adequate NAD+ levels can contribute to many different areas of health, including: Genetic health. DNA damage can lead to rapid aging and chronic disease. By supporting Sirtuins and other enzymes, NAD+ helps strengthen cellular defenses to prevent this damage and even repair existing DNA damage. It also protects the function of telomeres, the caps at the ends of chromosomes that are associated with longevity.

Energy Metabolism. NAD+ plays a central role in breaking down nutrients to provide energy to cells. Without it, cells suffer energy exhaustion and cannot survive.

Cell protection. Oxidative stress and chronic inflammation are implicated in nearly all age-related diseases. Maintaining adequate NAD+ can combat both conditions, suppressing inflammation while aiding cellular antioxidant defenses.

Stem Cell Health. Healthy stem cells help maintain youthful tissue function, replacing old, damaged cells with healthy new ones. In animal model studies, both NAD+ and sirtuins have been found to improve stem cell health.

Every living cell relies on NAD+ for hundreds of cellular processes, including energy production, DNA repair and sirtuin activity. NAD+ levels decline with age. Boosting NAD+ has been shown to protect cellular health, prevent age-related chronic diseases, and extend lifespan in model organisms. Nicotinamide riboside is an NAD+ precursor that can be taken orally and increases NAD+ levels in humans and animal models. By increasing NAD+ levels, nicotinamide riboside has been shown in preclinical studies to extend lifespan, improve organ function, and reduce the risk of age-related chronic diseases.
